Pay your Ohio FAIR Plan premium using:

- An ATM/Debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo

numeric seven-digit policy number and payment account information. All

Have your numeric seven-digit policy number and payment account information
available for reference. Call 1-800-282-1772 and follow our easy instructions to
make a payment! A customer service representative will be available during
regular business hours should you need assistance. Office hours are Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Western Union
Cash will be accepted at any Western Union agent close to you. Western
Union agents can be found at many local supermarkets, drugstores and shopping
centers. To find the nearest agent,

Note: Remember to take along your numeric seven-digit policy number. When
paying in-person at any Western Union Agency location, you will be required to
complete a
Western
Union Gray Prepaid Services/Payment form.
Please keep your receipt as proof of payment.

Please note that Western Union will charge a small convenience fee for the
services they provide. This fee will be clearly indicated during the payment process.

Ohio FAIR plan will continue to accept payments in our office or by regular mail.
