Do you need to talk to us???????

If you have an agent, he/she is your insurance professional and you should contact him/her. He/she is able to assist you with any questions you have about the Ohio FAIR Plan. If you have no agent, check your Phone Directory for Insurance Agents and contact one of them for assistance. The Ohio FAIR Plan has no agents, but any licensed property and casualty agent is authorized to assist you in seeking coverage through the Ohio FAIR Plan. No agent can bind the Ohio FAIR Plan, but all have the responsibility of assisting you in applying for coverage.

If, for some reason, you prefer to work with the Ohio FAIR Plan directly, you may do so by indicating your decision to have "no agent." Frankly, this may put you at a disadvantage, since your agent provides you an insurance professional who will work for you, be your agent, and respond to your needs.
