GUIDELINES FOR POSTING OF REWARDS SIGNS

1) Obtain the permission of the property owner and/or tenant on the permission slip attached.

2) Record the location of each sign in use.

3) Print legibly and in indelible ink the name of the officer and department phone number in the space provided on the front of the sign.

a sign pertaining to a possible reward offered for information leading to the identification

of persons responsible for the fire which has occurred at my premises should it be
